I have a machine that has been backup up fine until this week.
Starting this week, every time it runs it dies part way through. It
leaves behind a "new" directory, but it never gets linked to become a
partial, and it gets wiped out every day. The only information I have to
go on is this in the log:

2005-12-30 10:03:37 myhostname: Out of memory during "large" request for
8392704 bytes, total sbrk() is 166264832 bytes at
/backup/BackupPC/lib/BackupPC/FileZIO.pm line 191.

I am running BackupPC version 2.1.2 on FreeBSD 6.0. Perl as well as
all the perl modules are up to date with the ports. The machine has
1GB of ram and 2GB of swap. From the HotSaNIC graphs, the max usage
memory usage was 800MB and no swap was used.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Dan
