Greetings, I've been using ReiserFS for my BackupPC hard drive. A lot of time is spent during BackupPC's routine tasks, i.e. BackupPC_nightly and BackupPC_trashClean.
Anybody know if JFS or XFS is likely to be quicker? What do y'all use? FWIW, I'm running a 2.6.14 kernel and the backup drive has 3.460M files occupying 50.4GB.
