Of course you can !!! Just let BackupPC to backup all your files except some
explicit ones using $Conf{BackupFilesExclude} (

) or just telling it to backup only some files or directories using
$Conf{BackupFilesOnly}

desktops (Mac OS X PPC) and server (Linux x86).
