I searched on the clients for the files which are modified at the time and looked for "--|" : ----------------------------------------------------------------- find . -mtime -4 -type f -xdev | xargs egrep "\-\-" ----------------------------------------------------------------- The file /etc/issue was found. After moving the file to /etc/issue.SAVE the BackupPC jobs are running .... thanks a lot !
