You mostly just download and install over the existing 2.1.x version,
then restart Apache if you run mod_perl. In a production environment,
you'd probably want to backup your config in case something goes
horribly wrong, naturally. It retains the existing pools and per-pc
settings. And from that point on, you can mostly edit configs via CGI,
so you can look it over pretty quickly.
