I've actually used the latest CentOS4 RPM instead of the latest Red Hat 
just because it's easier to get!  :)

Yes:  One is a pure RHEL4, one is an upgrade from RHEL3 to RHEL4 and one 
is an upgrade from RHEL3 to CentOS4.
