I don't know if it'll be much faster though. What is the typical load on
your BackupPC server?
Well almost 24/24 its between 4 and 8
 Large pool? How many hosts are you backing up?
5 hosts, one with around 400 GB data the others are just for config backupps, so thats not worth the space
We want to add 3 other hosts but we just' can't a backup (400G) now typicly takes around 40 hours.
I've found that the web interface is not such a heavyweight, but all the
dumping, compressing, pooling, linking, etc. can be a heavy load for a
system.
