toni, do you have a lamp/samp/xammp etc php/sql enabled server?  i suggest
mediawiki with is pretty straight forward and easy to setup and is run on
php.  also phpbb is very nice for forums..

who on the backuppc project would we need to talk to?  have them do
forums.backuppc.com

also, is the backuppc logo gpl?  and if not who do we need permission from
to use that logo on either wiki or forums?

im ready to do this thing! like i said, i will share the admin task if that
is acceptable to others
