The box you mentioned is extremely fast and will handle this just fine. 
  The only concern I'd have is that you don't want the cacti data (and 
nagios if it writes as often) to be on the same physical disk as 
backuppc's archive.  Did you say the backuppc archive was going to be 
nfs-mounted?  If not, I think that box has 6 drive bays so you could 
dedicate a raid set to backuppc.
