Thanks for your assistance Lorenz,

I've looked around at this for quite a while, but I can't find anything 
relating to perl.load, or a place to put a symlink in mods-enabled.
I already have "SetHandler perl-script" set in my vhost config.

In my /etc/sysconfig/apache2 I have the following, which to me sounds 
like perl is loaded.

APACHE_MODULES=".....php5 perl python....."

There are a lot more modules also I've just excluded them in this.

I'm using SLES 10, but I have a similar problem under Suse 10.2 so if 
anyone has anything that can guide me in the right direction under Suse 
in general then please assist, I'll be most grateful.
