thanks for your answer. i just checked that, 

i wrote wrong the day before: 
/backuppc/ is normal directory

           /pc/  is the symlink to /mnt/hda1/PC .. and below are   /pc and
/cpool  so it should work

it already worked smoothly for a month and stopped suddenly, but i cannot
remember is something was changed the last week
any ideas?

Cpool and the directories where the pc backups are stored must be on the 
same file system so hardlinks can work.  If you want any of it on your 
/mnt/hda1/ filesystem you have to put it all there.
