While I was on break, a switch went down...so unwittingly the computer teacher reset all of the servers by cold-booting them...
Well..the backuppc machine now gives a 403 access denied error message when trying to load http://localhost.localdomain/backuppc from the local machine...and the same when trying to access it from any other computer on the network.
