Hi Holger, that was the right hint, thank you! I guess sudo complains because of the missing auditd inside the OpenVZ-Container. I could fix this bug with the patch of Daniel Drake (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=401201). Without the sudo-error BackupPC now works fine!
