Hi Dejan, If you are trying to backup the clients PIM info from Outlook why don't you use Backup.pst? It's available from the Microsoft web-site free, but requires validation. It basically does a backup of outlook data to a pst file when the user exits Outlook. You can then back this up. Regards, Peter
