That is too bad. It would be a good feature. Mounting the NAS could work, but unfortunately, it seems like my particular needs aren't 100% met with BackupPC. For me, the pooling doesn't have much benefit because of the limited number of duplicates, and the overhead of it checking 2 million files is hampering the backup speed. I read in one of the other threads that simply turning off pooling doesn't seem to be an option.
