Well, I don't know about backup #18, except that I doubt it would be deleted until after 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17 are all deleted. However, I agree something is wrong with your backups. The oldest backup is #12, but apparently that is a incr backup, and this should be impossible, since an incremental depends on the preceding full, which has apparently been removed. Has someone been manually deleting backups? Of course, you seem to have filled = yes, so perhaps this makes all incrementals a 'full', and thus incremental and full backups are aged as per the config. Oh yeah, you didn't supply the config either, so we don't really know what might have happened, nor what should have happened. While your at it, perhaps a copy of the logs might also be helpful, so we can see what backups were expired and when...
