Do you speak english? I can read some french but cannot compose it well.
You CAN backup windows servers with backuppc with either CIFS or rsyncd.
The you can do rsyncd on windows with cwrsync or deltacopy which is a
repackaging of cygwin's rsync. If you search the list for VSS and rsync you
can get instructions on how to use windows server's volume shadow copy to
take backups as well.
