The $100-worth of writes lowering the life of my SSD for features I don't ever need nor will ever use in Windows ooor I find someone that has it installed or could find the DLL and links me :P since I really only need cygwin1.dll. The cwRsync one is from 1.7.2 which I believe is the version I already have.
So you still need Cygwin even if you don't have Rsyncd.
