Grub isn't finding its 2nd stage loader. I usually still install a small /boot partition as the first thing on the disk like you had to back when bios couldn't handle large drives so I don't know if it is sensitive to moving the partition offset when copying or if perhaps clonezilla didn't match a label or something.
