They are for me. I use rsync and my FullKeepCnt is set to:
$Conf{FullKeepCnt} = [ 1, 0, 1, 0, 0, 1 ] ;
Which nets me 5 incrementals, 1 weekly and a yearly, which works out well
for me.
Is that what you are asking?
