You also might want to take a look at the local machine's rsyncd.conf file to 
ensure that nothing strange is setup there.  If you are using cygwin, your path 
for the [cDrive] (or whatever you named it) should be: /cygdrive/c/ .

>From the log files you gave, that's what it looks to be.
