i understand that to install cygwin + rsync is easiest solution for some PC but it's not the easiest way for deploy backup-pc on 50 or 100 PC... You can copy or deploy a directory by gpo (via active directory) on multiple hosts in a domain .. It's why i'm interested by an update of your tool rsyncd in one directory with all tools inside
