I removed AVG anti-virus from my company systems this year and replaced it
with the free Immunet. I'm using rsyncd to back them up to my Linux box.
This all works fine with all but one machine. It's mysteriously blocking
netbios access so the probe for the correct address at the start of the
backup fails. Windows Firewall is disabled. I do see an avgagent.exe
running in services and I'm wondering if there's some vestige of AVG
keeping a firewall up. I ran AVG's cleaner utility and it didn't remove
this.

Any ideas on how to figure out what's blocking the netbios address query on
this one machine? I tried nbtstat from the problem machine and even that
fails.

The command that fails with no response:

/usr/bin/nmblookup -A 10.169.6.220
