Could be related to a recent Windows update. We had to set the following registry key.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\NetBT\Parameters] "AllowNBToInternet"=dword:00000001 Reference : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3161949
