rsnapshot is much faster than BackupPC because it hasn't to do any
check in the pool
No deduplication or compression, thus it will run a plain rsync at
maximum speed.

I've tried both Ext4 and XFS. My issue wasn't related to the
filesystem. It's BPC4 that is forcing a full fsck after each backup.
