I couldn't figure out how to download a patch from the interface, so I selected view/raw
Did a CTRL A to grab everything for each patch (Tar/Zip) and removed the contents of the old perl code (After backing up) and pasted each into their respective module.
Re-testing still produces zero byte files for both tar and zip Doug
