On Centos i got this errors
2015-08-10 11:24:37 unix bind() failed: No such file or directory
2015-08-10 11:31:07 Reading hosts file
2015-08-10 11:31:07 unix bind() failed: Permission denied
and i fix it with
mkdir /var/run/BackupPC
chown backuppc:backuppc /var/run/BackupPC.
systemctl restart backuppc
maybe is the same on ubuntu
