Very strange and explains why I can’t find a problem with the syntax.
BackupPC works if I swap back to my old config.
BackupPC was upgraded to 4.1.4 from 4.1.3:
Updating:
BackupPC x86_64 4.1.4-1.el7.centos hobbes1069-BackupPC
