Hello,
we have been using Backuppc 3 for some years to create daily backups of
about a hundred VMs. Our old server hit it's storage capacity limit a
few month ago so we decided to set up a new server with a zfs
filesystem and a recent version of Backuppc, 4. All of our hosts are
backed up regularly but two systems, "304" and "801" abort the backup
process with the following error ""rsync error: error allocating core
memory buffers (code 22) at io.c(1556) [generator=3.0.9.12]"." I have
reenabled the backup of 801 on the old Backuppc and both full backups
and incremental backups work just fine. Now, to the description of the
systems:

with Xen and they do not run on the same Xen host.

rsync 3.1.3-5 (I installed a Deb-Package of the latest version on the
advice of our hosting provider. Before that rsync 3.1.1-3+deb8u1 was
installed. The upgrade did not change the errors)
801:
big Piwik/Matomo installation. High cpu load and io activity
50GB Memory, Debian 8

How can I fix this? I have tried to give as much information as
possible. Please tell me if you need any additional information from
the logs to diagnose the problem.
