In the config file for v4, I noted that
"$Conf{RsyncArgsExtra} doesn't apply to $Conf{RsyncRestoreArgs}"
I was hoping to use RsyncArgsExtra as my host-specific variable to set
rsync variables such as --acls and --xattrs for restore as well as
backup. Ideally, there would be a variable RsyncRestoreArgsExtra
correspondingly...
For host-specific changes, This would seem to be cleaner than
modifying the general RsyncArgs itself.
So why do we have RsyncArgsExtra but not RsyncRestoreArgsExtra
