Hi to all. I'm fighting against very very very slow backuppc backups. I've found that --checksum args to rsync will slow down A LOT everything.
Is it safe to remove it ? I'm not worried about transferring more data over the network (i'm on a local net) and even if incremental backups would be bigger, but I have to keep the I/O and load as low as possible and calculating checksum every time is not good fo me.
