In v3, typically there are only incremental backups for the past few
weeks and everything older are just fulls -- which are independent and
can be safely deleted.

In v3, there are at least 2 ways to manually delete backups:
1. (Harder/more room for error)
   - Delete the corresponding full backup directories in the PC tree
    (assuming no dependent incrementals)
   - Also delete the corresponding XferLOGs
   - Edit the 'backups' file line to delete the corresponding numbered
     backup line.

2. Use the CLI routine BackupPC_deleteBackup written by Matthias
Meyer. It's an old script and not sure if it has been maintained.
I made some light edits to it in the past but haven't touched it
   since 2013.
