Norman, thanks. That's what I did and I found the problem in the config.pl
file.

I had made one change to keep more, older, full backups using the web
interface ( $Conf{FullKeepCnt} ) and the "save" function within the web cgi
interface.

After running a diff on the original, which I had wisely backed up before
making any changes, I found a few differences between the two config.pl
files, some changes I had not made. I don't know which one caused the issue
and just restored the old config.pl.

>From now on, as I have done previously, I will modify any config.pl changes
directly within the file itself.

So, again, Thanks to all. If nothing else you all forced me to review the
workings of BackupPC and to pay more attention to a change I had made and
completely forgotten about coinciding with the Fedora upgrade. The way it
goes sometimes, unfortunately (I should keep separate notepaper notes :)
