Hmm. I took a lot of care to make sure I added everything, but you are right I 
missed adding libwin32/bacula.rc because I mistakenly thought it previously 
in the SVN.  Anyway, I have now added and committed it to the SVN.  The other 
files three files with the same name are also required (they simply pull in 
the libwin32/bacula.rc copy).
