Great but how one is supposed to use this bresto thing anyway?
html/bresto.html refers to several resources that are not included in
the tarball, e.g.

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" 
href="/bweb/ext/resources/css/ext-all.css" />

and

<script type="text/javascript" src="/bweb/ext/adapter/ext/ext-base.js"></script>

(and ugh how do I still dislike these hard-coded paths!) Perhaps some docs
would be helpful given it's a "stable" release...
