sure but with the patch delivered and some little differences. Gilles forgot to say that we can deliver binaries for debian, centOS, SME and Windows in 2.4.2 or 2.4.4 (can't remember)
This patch is something that we made because we need it for some clients. This feature can't be made with configuration. I know we should have discussed this feature before making it. My fault. kern is true in point 3 of http://marc.info/?l=bacula-devel&m=123555720120481&w=2 We publish it in case someone finds it usable (because we're open and we said it in http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg02873.htm l). Time has been insufficient to do it before. If nobody else finds it usable, no matter. We use it. It's why I like open source... We plan to use previous discussions around this patch (http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg02833.ht ml) to make a new one that we'll be made in order to be integrated to 3.0I think that it's too late for 3.0, but we can work for the 3.2 version.Maybe it can be a good re-start to take the last email from kern as basis and show improvements/differences since the last time.Bye
