If I am not mistaken, all the above problems are handled by "Ignore Case = 
yes" in the FileSet, and I think (it is hard to remember all this stuff) 
Ignore Case is now (in 3.0.0) default on Win32 systems (actually, I think it 
is forced).

In any case, if someone could test all this against 3.0.0 (now in the SVN) and 
make a doc patch or send me the details of the doc changes to be made, I 
would be happy to update it before the release (in a couple of days).

If someone needs the very latest win32 or win64 binaries for testing, let me 
know and I will post them ...
