I want to run the fd under windows with debugging on but it doesn't seem
to work the way it should.

Based on what 'bacula -h' tells me, I would expect that 'bacula -d 999'
would be sufficient but it does nothing useful.

setdebug from the director works normally, but in this case I'm
tinkering with the network code and I've broken it so that's not an
option...

suggestions? (other than turning on debugging in the source code, which
is what I'll do for now :)
