Well, that is *exactly* what I thought too until yesterday, but it is not
correct at least for all restoration cases, specifically restore by Client.
It turns out that the FileSet is used when searching for the Full backup to
restore the *whole* system for a given Client. I put *s around whole, because
depending on the FileSet, it may not be a backup of everything.
If there are several FileSets, for example, one that backs up the whole
system, and one that just backs up the /home (a very unusual case, but one I
seem to have), then it will select the appropriate FileSet and Jobs to
restore.
It is pretty logical, but this is probably something we need to research a bit
and ensure that it works the way we want and that it is properly documented.
It hasn't been much of a problem because most people have a single FileSet
for a given Client.
