I understand what you want, but at the moment, it is not something supported 
in one step.

No, Copy simply copies a job -- however, it could copy a Virtual Full and that 
would do what you want.

I mentioned that we could create a Virtual Full Copy job, but on further 
reflection that would be problematic with the current implementation because 
copy jobs always assume they are a copy, and if the original goes away, they 
get "promoted" to being the current backup.
