We do not respond to support requests on this list (bugs yes), so in the 
future, you will either need to repeat the question on the users list or get 
some professional help.

18-Aug 10:10 bacula-sd: ERROR in dircmd.c:155 Connection request failed.

The above message indicates that the connection between the SD and DIR was 
dropped, so the Job using that connection probably failed.  Knowing why is a 
more complicated problem that I cannot go ito other than to say if either 
machine is a Windows machine, it is probably a bad network card. Otherwise 
you may have a switch in your network that does not respect Internet protocol 
and you may be able to resolve the problem using the Heartbeat Interval 
directive.
