The Warning message doesn't seem to exist anywhere in the current source code.

A warning message similar but not the same exists in the Director, but not in 
the Storage daemon, so there is something going on that I don't understand at 
all.  For that particular code, it will require a debug level of 400 or more 
in the Directory, which will generate quite a lot of output, and it is not at 
all clear what is happening here!
