What: Change the boot scripts' message "Starting the * daemon"
to "Starting the Bacula * daemon".
Why: Tighter identification with Bacula and consistency with
the bacula-ctl-* script messages.
Notes: Could be implemented by changing the the
platforms/<platform>/bacula-*.in files to follow the same
pattern as the scripts/bacula-ctl-*.in files.
