There's a problem.  I think it's with your autochanger script.  I 
suggest testing that to confirm it works.  There is documentation on that.

It is /etc/bacula/mtx-changer which you may need to customize.  I 
suggest moving it to another location and modifying it there.  See the 
URL pasted above for how I did this.
