I can find this out myself, but I wasn't sure if doing this at all is possible in the current bacula architecure. If you're saying it is, and backing up regular files with Bacula already accounts for this, that's all I'm really looking for, here. I'm asking "is this possible within bacula?", not "how do I do this?" Or, if you're telling me that this isn't a problem in practice and most people don't actually care, that would also answer my question. > 1.
