I think you should use the latest version you can get.



The "problem" is, that in gentoo are also ebuilds for
1.34.5, 1.34.6 and 1.36.0
but they are masked. That means that they are maybe not stable or cause problems
with other packages or in best case they are not tested very well.


I've seen that on bacula download page are ebuilds for 1.36.2 too!
Has anyone some experience with bacula on gentoo?
