This is a situation that I would like to fix sometime, and it has been on the 
todo list for quite some time.

Fortunately, it is "normally" one person who runs the restores from a single 
console, and in that case, even if he runs multiple restores there are 
unlikely to be any problems as the restore.bsr file is immediately sent off 
to the FD when the restore job starts.  If you queue them for running later, 
there will, of course, be a problem.
