Someone has to have an answer to this one...
I am getting the following error message frequently;
Couldn't rewind device /dev/nst0 ERR=dev.c:406 Rewind error on /dev/nst0. 
ERR=Input/output error
It is not with the same client, it is not on the same tape. Once it
happens the tape is basically shot, but all of these tapes are brand new,
so I do not understand what is going on.

Anyone?
