Thanks, I uninstalled all of the RPM's for Postgres, installed the
lastest Postgres from source, then ran ./configure
--with-postgresql=/usr/local/pgsql. That finally worked. So far
everything is running well under FC4.

I just tested this on my system (FC4), and it works fine. The only difference

How do I fix this issue? I have found very limited information on this
in the archives. I did find a patch for the Bacula configure file, but I
have no idea how to apply a patch in linux.
