Volume Use Duration = 23h. That way, after 23 hours after the volume starts 
getting written to, it will no longer be usable for backups until the retention 
period expires. Bacula will change the volstatus from Append to Used.

Take note that any volumes you've got in your database will not pick up this 
change (only ones you create from now on will. So you'll have to change the Use 
Duration manually with the update command.

I found you can do it in bconsole like this:

update VOLUMENAME VolUse=23h

you can also change the status with Volstatus=Used or whatever
